Terms of Service
1. The service
Threadwell provides AI token-usage telemetry: a host agent, an optional browser extension, and a web console. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. Workspace admins control who has access and at what role (owner, admin, manager, viewer).
3. Acceptable use
Run the agent only on machines you are authorised to monitor, and inform the people using them as your law requires. Don’t attempt to break tenant isolation, exceed plan limits by circumvention, or use the service to violate any law.
4. Plans, trials & payment
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay on the cycle shown at purchase. Trials convert to the selected plan unless cancelled. Fees are exclusive of taxes. You can change or cancel from the billing page; access continues to the end of a paid period.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service per our Privacy policy and DPA. You can export or delete it at any time.
6. Availability & warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of the operator’s registered seat.
