FAQ

Is this spyware? No. It's governed and transparent: content capture is opt-in per org, secrets never leave the machine, the agent writes a disclosure receipt, and people can be excluded and data deleted. There is no covert/unlisted capture.

Does it work offline? Yes. The agent queues rollups to a local outbox and ships when connectivity returns. Nothing is lost.

Do you read my code / prompts? Telemetry never includes content. The knowledge layer only captures sessions when an org opts in, and only ever in redacted form (secrets stripped on the endpoint).

Where is data stored / EU residency? Data lives in your tenant on Supabase. Residency options and a DPA are part of the sold posture — ask us.

Can I export or delete my data? Yes — full export and per-person / per-tenant delete from Admin → Data & privacy.

How is it priced? A 14-day full trial (no card), then Solo $9/mo (up to 3 people), Team $49/mo (up to 20), or Business (custom). All prices are in US dollars; payments are processed by Razorpay. See the landing page for details.
