Plans & activation
The trial
Every new organization starts on a 14-day full trial — no card required. Everything works during the trial. When it ends, the workspace is marked expired but your data is never touched or deleted; activating flips it back to active instantly.
Activation links & codes
Activation is handled by an owner-issued link or code (so payment can be arranged however suits you — it isn't a card-on-file charge). A code carries a plan and a number of seats.
To activate a workspace:
- Open the activation link you were given, or go to Billing → "Have a code?" and paste the code.
- You must be an owner or admin of the workspace you're activating.
- Redeeming applies the plan + seats and sets the workspace to active.
Codes are single-use, may be locked to a specific email, and can carry an expiry — and the issuer can revoke an unused one at any time.
Plans
- Solo — small, up to a few people.
- Team — up to ~20 seats.
- Business — custom seats / terms.
The exact current prices are shown on the landing page and in FAQ. Trial expiry soft-gates (data stays safe); only activation re-enables billing-gated growth.
